I have spent the last 20 years of my career studying behavior and what I know for sure is that the old ways of motivating change and designing programs to target behavior don’t cut it.
Look, if you want people to do something, you can’t just tell them what to do and cross your fingers that they’ll do it….. someday. You have to understand who they are, why they do or don’t do something, and create a plan with them to change it.

The purpose of audience research is to determine the barriers to and benefits of the selected behavior in order to develop an effective campaign. The Basic package is intended to supplement existing internal capacity, while Full Service handles all aspects of audience research.
Basic includes:
Tool Development (1 tool)
Virtual staff training for tool use/implementation
2 hours of analysis support
Recommendations report
4 hours of consultation
Add-on options for data analysis are available (+$750)
Exchange: starting at $1,500.
Full Service includes:
Tool development (2 tools)
Optional staff training (virtual or in-person)
Data collection (scope dependent)
Data analysis
Detailed findings report
